Hello,
I can confirm that the package python-backports-shutil-get-terminal-size
breaks ipython in stretch with a traceback as described in initial bug
report. It also breaks the sagemath package (the CLI sage command) for
the same reason.
I quick-fixed it thusly (diff -u):

Hello again,
Running reportbug as root does not provide

Dear Maintainer,
Normal qwerty layout key-runs are denied:
$ sudo cracklib-check

asdfghjkl: it is too simplistic/systematic
but the same run with dvorak is accepted:

Dear Maintainer,
To reproduce for utf8 based word lists:
$ sudo aptitude install wspanish wamerican
This one is rightly denied:
$ sudo cracklib-check # By the way, why is root access necessary?

Quite.
Seems ibus in Squeeze supports xkb (not all keys, typically not Shift
variants), but not AltGr.

Ah, yes of course it can, fx using a non-letter symbol as a
glottal/retroflex modifier. Silly me. It may be better for typing
flow. I guess it depends on typing

After an upgrade to a recent Lenny this bug has disappeared, so I

Hi again,
This time the crash happened right after starting openoffice writer; the system
had been running for a couple of days. But I cannot confirm that this is
repeatable, though the crash seems to occure while I interact with the GUI.
I logged inn via ssh and executed:

Sorry, that was another attempt. The command was:

The result was the same: not able to get dump.
I've now upgraded libstdc++6 to 4.3.0~rc2-1 and will post debug info
