I was able to workaround it by doing a
kstash -e aes256-cts-hmac-sha1-96 --random-key
kadmin INIT REALM
So the problem is with the key handling of the kdc database using master
key with DES3-CBC-SHA1 encryption. I have not tested if it's the chyper,
