Bug#1040221: dealing with upstream bugs

Package: toot Version: 0.27.0-1 Followup-For: Bug #1040221 X-Debbugs-Cc: debbug.1040...@sideload.33mail.com I have added the “upstream” tags to a couple bug reports and noticed the search form provides a tag criteria. So if you want to filter out upstream bugs, this link does that:
