htp is an HTML pre-processor. It is designed to be a flexible authoring tool that can easily be integrated into the HTML design process.
As Bug #280023 says, this package has been abandoned for two years.
I packaged the new upstream version, hope it's ok:

I'm using es-AR locales. When displaying the list of available applets
(right click on panel, then Add new item), all items in the list show
up fine, except one: Main menu. In spanish it should be Men
principal; instead it shows Men.

I don't like to use the xfce4 taskbar. Instead I like to use the taskbar
plugin inside the panel. But this plugin is missing in the distribution.
(At least at the time of writing-- maybe the package is being made and
I'm too impatient :D)

I can second what the bug reporter says. Even without a UTF-8 console I
do not get euro signs with the latarcyrheb font, but the lat9u font is
fine. The lat9 font does not display an euro sign, lat9u, lat9v, lat9w
does.

Excuse me... :)
Having tried plls and realizing the importance of sustaining regular
blood levels of the formula through consistent regular dosing, I realized
my life was far too busy to keep track. With this product I simply
slap it on and let it do it.s thing, no muss or fuss.
This patch
Package: slapd
Version: 2.2.23-1
Followup-For: Bug #298271
With slapd 2.2.23-1 still try to open socket /var/run/run/ldapi when
used ldapi without specifying another socket name.
This is the strace output:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# strace -f -e trace=bind slapd -h 'ldap://0.0.0.0:389/
ldapi:///'

I suggest you to test for /usr/sbin/mysqld instead, which should be
safer. I'm not including a patch since the change is so trivial, but I
can of course provide one, should you so prefer.
