Dear Maintainer,
The FFmpeg binaries (i.e. ffplay and ffmpeg) no longer
provides the drawtext filter, useful for embedding text (such
as subtitles and time codes) into a video.

Please consider removing w3-el-e21 from the Depends field of the
emacspeak package. The w3-el-e21 package by itself pulls in
emacs21, which negates (or cancels) the benefit of listing the
emacs metapackage as an alternative dependency to emacs21
