Package: odbc-mdbtools Version: 1.0.0+dfsg-1+b1 Followup-For: Bug #1001144 I just came across this bug whilst testing -dev packages for ABI changes. This bug makes the package uninstallable and so (as it has been like this for 14 months) I am bumping the bug severity to serious.
Missing dependencies violates a 'must' in policy: section 3.5 "Every package must specify the dependency information about other packages that are required for the first to work correctly." I'll do an NMU when I get a mo (next week hopefully) if the maintainer doesn't beat me to it, unless someone knows of a good reason why not. This fix should be accepted for a freeze exception, I think. -- Wookey
