Package: prips Version: 0.9.4-1 Severity: normal Tags: patch upstream X-Debbugs-Cc: r...@debian.org
There is a bug in pretty much all versions of prips uploaded to Debian. The easiest way to reproduce it is: prips -c 127.0.0.1 128.0.0.1 It should output 0.0.0.0/0, since this is the only CIDR range that covers both addresses (their very first bits differ), but it outputs 127.0.0.1/32 instead. The bug has been fixed upstream: https://gitlab.com/prips/prips/-/commit/1afd3e6976f946317f3ac9980685549b5216a6f5 ...and it will be fixed in my next upload of prips to Debian.
