Bug#1002393: mdp: FTBFS: dh_auto_test: error: pybuild --test --test-pytest -i python{version} -p "3.10 3.9" returned exit code 13

Bump to avoid auto removal while the fixed version ages in unstable. I'm not sure if this needs some additional prodding because tracker only shows one of the bugs as fixed by migration and 2 bugs triggering auto removal.
