The xdg-open viewer is broken with show(), I can’t open the image in Firefox: it complains that the image does not exist. I checked in /tmp/user/me/: the temporary image actually does not exist. I used to use the display viewer before, it was automatic but now, it seems that PIL wants the xdg-open viewer before the display viewer. Maybe a check has been failed?
