Package: dpkg
Version: 1.21.4
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system

I ran dpkg-fsys-usrunmess using sudo under umask 077. Several
directories including /bin /sbin /lib64 /lib32 /libx32 became mode 700.
I had to boot with rw init=/bin/bash to chmod them back to 755.
