Bug#1013188: packagesearch: doesn't seem to search descriptions

I can confirm the bug, but it is not easy to fix. I use the libraries (apt-xapian/libept) to access the apt database. The bug is caused by a bug in apt-xapian. Both libept and apt-xapian are not really actively maintain and my request for a roadmap for those libraries was left unanswered
