I've verified that your fix of the system unit and other changes allows
mumble-server to start. :) I've tested the resulting packages, things
look good as far as I can tell.
I think I can finally release this. Doing some final touches to get it
out the door.

I looked at the problem and I fixed all the problems (and some more)
preventing the daemon to start under systemd.
