Sorry, small mistake in the report. The actual list of auto-load scripts
looks like this:

The "python3.10d-gdb.py" file listed in my original report was added by
me when I

Dear Maintainer,
The python3.10-dbg package includes auto-load scripts for GDB, but those scripts
don't load when you try to debug the debug version of Python:
