After upgrading to 0.4.4-1, adjusting the volume seems to make the
panel icon flicker. Other actions like seeking on a video in VLC or
Parole, or using a video conferencing in a web browser also cause
this.

I tried compiling the latest version. It still happens there but not
as reliably.
