Would it be acceptable to add Linux specific "internal" protocols in
/etc/protocols?
RAW (IPPROTO_RAW = 255) and MPTCP (IPPROTO_MPTCP = 262) are not protocol
numbers defined by the IANA but they are used by the Linux kernel. RAW
