Also, either having qwebengine_convert_dict being installed in an unversioned location or having a symlink that is unversioned? That would make it easier for Hunspell language packages to build-depend on qwebengine_convert_dict and wouldn’t require reworking all of those packages’ build scripts every time the version of Qt in Debian changes."
