The dleyna packaging in debian has been orphaned for many years. Given there was a need for a gssdp/gupnp transition to 1.6 (because moving to libsoup3) the dleyna packaging was removed, since there was noone interested in taking care of it. The mopidy-dleyna package needs dleyna and in now no longer part of testing as a consequence of dleyna being missing. The situation with dleyna is that it has a new upstream maintainer (also maintainer of gssdp/gupnp/rygel/etc). The new dleyna 0.8 release has been ported to gssdp/gupnp 1.6. The new dleyna 0.8 is now a single source package (previously dleyna-* was separate source packages). There are initial debian packaging of src:dleyna available at: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/dleyna The next step would be to (re)upload the new dleyna 0.8 packages to the archive, but someone interested in maintaining them are needed.
