Hi,

I will be using: RoDM (Request of Debian Maintainer) for my requests.
You may close and deny them if you think I am mistaken. All requests are manual.

Please proceed to deleting the package libphp-jpgraph. Since years there was no
significant updates, there is a bunch of very old bugs.

The packaging is obsolete and it is blocked migrating since 700+ days. I could
say it's not maintained since 2016.

Please also close: #631280, #965677 (deprecated packaging for bookworm),
#904759, #438134 and #281535 (new upstream release/dfsg, from 2004 !)

List of checks:

- [?] Outdated version in Debian
- [x] Missing autopkgtests
- [x] Missing build tests
- [x] Missing Debian Vcs-* fields
- [x] Not maintained
- [x] Not used (no rdepends)
- [x] No watch file
- [  ] Upstream provides tests
- [  ] Found on GitLab salsa
- [x] Standards are outdated
- [x] Had to have a NMU upload for buildinfo files

Found on UDD by SQL: "select DISTINCT
CONCAT('https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/',source),bin,vcs_url,vcs_browser from all_sources
WHERE (vcs_url IS NULL OR vcs_browser IS NULL ) AND (bin LIKE '%php%' OR source LIKE
'%php%') AND distribution = 'debian' AND release IN('sid', 'bookworm');"
