Package: rdiff-backup
Version: 2.0.5-4
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

The current version of rdiff-backup packaged in debian (2.0.5) is more than 2
years old. Version 2.2.2 was released on 12/28/22 and contains numerous bug
fixes and enhancements (see the release notes for version 2.2.0). One of the
enhancements is a new, modernized CLI, but it also still supports the old,
deprecated CLI, so this version supports users transitioning from the old to
the new
CLI. Please package rdiff-backup 2.2.2.
