Hello Michael, I have tested all three methods at Debian Testing/Bookworm. The results / answers you can find at https://sourceforge.net/p/xfe/bugs/266/. I think the mode with pkexec should be disabled again. But 'su' works for me. You can try the same command as in xfe defined: 'su -c xfe' or
