Hi! Please remove pmdk-convert. It can be used only to upgrade on-memory data from old releases of pmdk which haven't even been in Debian. While pmdk itself stays, it has managed to avoid format compat breakages that would require offline manual conversion for quite a long time. And the fancy structures have been used only for high-level stuff that has been just killed upstream. Other stacks that have been built atop pmdk don't use that -- and in the very unlikely case a conversion would be needed in the future, we can revive the package. For now, though, it has been killed upstream -- and considering flaws in its design, I'd rather rewrite the converter from scratch. Thus: please send pmdk-convert to the great bit bucket in the sky.
