After upgrading a server with ikiwiki-hosting to the Debian 12 prerelease,
the cron job that runs `ikisite backup` no longer works. Minimal reproducer:
# ikisite backup mysite.example.com --filename=/dev/null
fatal: Need a repository to create a bundle.
error: git failed
I think this is because git now distrusts directories not owned by the
current user. The solution seems to be to switch uid to the site's owning
user before generating the backup's git bundle.
I proposed a fix upstream already.
