Bug#1035772: kmplayer: FTBFS: Could NOT find KF5 (missing: DocTools)

Control: reopen -1 Now DocTools seems to be missing. libkf5kdelibs4support-dev should have been replaced with libkf5doctools-dev.

I am going to NMU this with a git-based upstream version. kmplayer has several (build) dependencies that are deprecated and it blocks their removal unnecessarily. I am not attaching a debdiff because that is several MiB big.
