There Jenny D suggests mod_qos depends on mod_ssl to be loaded before.
I've tried this with NO success:
a2enmod ssl
cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/
mv ssl.load 00_ssl.load
syste
Package: libapache2-mod-qos
Version: 11.63-1+b2
Error starting apache2 service after installing mod-qos.
There was installed apache2 and after installed libapache2-mod-qos. Saw the
following error in output:
