Repro by less lb, <End>: it never scrolls anywhere (and behaves as if it were reading infinite input from a pipe, but obviously isn't). Can be interrupted. Same behaviour with cat lb | less. By running as less -S lb (or "-S"ing), <End> works again. echo 99 >> lb makes <End>ing work as well. Attaching problematic file.
