Upstream does not want to support 32bit architectures, making use of either wrong code which works on 64bit arches only, or using features available on 64bit arches oly, in every next release. Currently it explicitly uses arrays of AtomicU64 which either does not exist at all (armel) or are too slow. This is after patching other problem places using d/patches, which got rejected by the upstream due to lack of interest in (writing correct code) supporting 32 bits. Thanks, /mjt
