Dear Maintainer, It would be great to have support for the new v4 dongle which is using a different tuner chip (the updated library should be backwards compatible with older rtlsdr dongles). https://github.com/rtlsdrblog/rtl-sdr-blog/ https://www.rtl-sdr.com/V4/ It would be also nice to have a bookworm-backport.
