While checking this package I noticed that OpenDBX is no longer used, as I see no references to it at all from the code, where the last ones got removed in upstream commit 572cdedad70fb7101ee8a2c2ff58ce5e0b8435f0. So it looks to me like the Recommends can be dropped. Thanks, Guillem
