users often file bug reports from other systems than the affected one. (For example I use my desktop system as other systems don't have reportbug installed.) In this case the system information / other information gathered by bug report scripts might not be helpful or even totally misleading. It would be nice if reportbug would ask users if they are reporting the bug from the affected system and (a) omit system information if not or (b) at least indicate the user's answer. Ansgar
