Hi Matthias,
there are reverse dependencies that need to be taken care of:

gcc-9-cross: autoconf2.64
gcc-9-cross-mipsen: autoconf2.64
gcc-9-cross-ports: autoconf2.64

In case they matter, this needs to be addressed first. Please remove the 
moreinfo tag once that is done.
