Package: mkosi
Severity: low

Dear maintainer,

as for the headline, I know "create legacy-free OS images" was the original branding of the project.

mkosi know supports legacy BIOS booting. I see you already updated the package description to reflect that.

Images are no longer "legacy-free". (And that's great! Legacy BIOS booting compatibility is a major feature. Lack of this feature is why I previously did not consider mkosi.)

(I don't want to nitpick "no longer legacy-free" and complain "now contains legacy".)

The new project branding is now "Build Bespoke OS Images". Not sure you want to go with that of what Debian convention/policy is on that one. If you wanted to take something neutral, custom, I would suggest:

"build customized OS-images"

As for the package description,

"Generated images are "legacy-free"."

Suggested to scratch that.

"This means only GPT disk labels (and no MBR disk labels) are supported"

Not sure that is even worth mentioning. That is just a very deep technical detail. GPT images boot fine on both, legacy BIOS and EFI systems. So I don't consider that crucial information.

Thank you for maintaining mkosi in Debian!

Cheers,
Patrick
