Source: tahoe-lafs
Version: 1.17.0-1
Severity: important

Hi,

I noticed that the new package tahoe-lafs is bringing
a new dependency on python3-future which is RC broken
and pending removal (#1063264).

Version 1.19 doesn't get much better.

I can provide a patch upstream for a big cleanup,
but it would be easier if upstream is cooperative:
i.e. willing to drop Python2.7 compatibility
to get Python3.12 compatibility.

Greetings
