As discussed in bug 1070706 gtk4 was built against a version of libpng1.6 suffering from bug 1066069, which resulted in libgtk-4-1-udeb depending on libpng16-16t64-udeb which does not exist. This prevents gtk4 migrating to testing, which leaves a bunch of packages uninstallable in testing on time64 architectures. Please can you schedule a rebuild. nmu gtk4_4.12.5+dfsg-6 .
