These packages were formerly physical packages, but are now virtual packages. Unfortunately dak's dependency checks do not take proper account of virtual packages, which leads dak to incorrectly believe that removing these packages will cause broken dependencies. While I am not 100% sure, I belive the presense of these cruft packages is the cause of superious puipart's regression reports from britney which are preventing the new version of rust-bindgen from migrating to testing.
