Upstream recently released two new versions:
- - lts-v2.10.4
- - v2.11

If you want to stay on a LTS release, then updating to 2.10.4 gives
quite a number of workarounds for errata.

If you want to switch to the latest upstream release, then you can drop
my patch for rk3328 as that's included upstream.
