Bug#1110399: gvfs-backends: Disable google backend to get rid of libgdata

2025-09-20 Thread Amr Ibrahim
This is why it is no longer possible to mount Google Drive in Nautilus on Debian testing. However, Gnome Online Accounts still lists 'Files' as a Google account provider. Is there an alternative? Is there a way to mount Google Drive in Nautilus?

Bug#1110399: gvfs-backends: Disable google backend to get rid of libgdata

Package: gvfs-backends Version: 1.26.1-1 Severity: important Tags: patch Control: block 1073958 by -1 I have tried to use the google backend but failed to do so. It depends on libgdata which depends on libsoup2.4 and keeps it in the key package set. Please consider building without google backend.
