GNOME2 support is really broken especially on debian as it depends on
libbonobomm and libbonobouimm which is really dead upstream and not found in
debian archives so GNOME2 will probably never work with glademm

This one was caused partially by an broken detection for gnome2 and the fact
that glademm defaults to gnome1 which is not (longer) available for debian.
I have now patched the source to correctly detect and emit gnome2 files. However
I cannot build my testcase because
