Package: xmms-arts Version: 0.7.1-2 Followup-For: Bug #238438 According to my tests, this happens on all audio files (not just MP3s) that do not output at exactly 41kHz; lower bitrates skip around too. In general, the further away it is from 41kHz, the more it skips.
