They are being filed, and human resource limitations (hey, Debian aint no company, nor do you pay people to do stuff for you) made them not often being processed yet.

Apologies for the snippy tone of the bug report. However, as already stated, I had been responding to automated emails of that nature from Debian Installer for roughly a year, with no apparent results. I don't think the conclusion that my replies were going to the circular file was unwarranted in this case.


I couldn't find any of the below packages, please resubmit an updated
request.

Yes, I eventually gave up and just got rid of them. Since they were transitional packages produced by a source package (cernlib) that never existed in woody, I figured it was safe enough to do that after waiting several months from the time they became dummy packages. So there is no need for an updated request.
