retitle 275388 could grub README explain how to append kernel parameters severity wishlist quit
i have reassigned the report to grub as the reported told he prefer there to be only the example for most common boot loader then nothing (change from previous request which was to explain in details how to use devfs for each) the breakage of my request also prevented it from being set to wishlist. I think this report should be either managed, tagged wontfix, closed or discussed on debian-devel. Sending it to general seems odd (it is for problem affecting mulitple packages !).
