It was a complete rewrite so may work now...

However, a similar problem exists with OpenOffice 2.0. I'm using
(if (matches (window_name) ^OpenOffice.org.*) (set_workspace 5))
But someone puts the window *back* onto the current workspace after
devilspie moves to nr 5.

Hmm, looking back at this problem, it seems that workspace switching
actually works when *not* trying to maximize too. So the following works:
