sh_config_options can be set only for ssh or scp at a time, since for
instance setting the port for ssh is with -p and for scp is -P
Please, consider setting ssh_config_options and scp_config_options
Another possible configuration is secure_global_config_options and
ssh/scp for specific options for each connection method.
