When using the nb_NO or nn_NO (both ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 versions), the
user is prompted for keys which are not bound. The problem is as far as
I can tell identical to the one described in #274953 ("Aptitude prompts
for unrecognized keys with French locale"), and is also briefly mentioned
(but not resolved) there.
Examples using both locales:
