[...] nn is a news*reader* and dead upstream afaict. The only alternative I am aware of is still suck. It is also dead upstream afaict (the homepage is gone), I do not know abaut the packaging. I still read news, but have gone from inn2 + newsx to leafnode for two reasons: * Download speed does not matter to me that much since I got a ADSL flatrate. * I do not do run a local news2mail/mail2news gateway anymore as gmane does this a lot better than I ever did. cu andreas -- `What a good friend you are to him, Dr. Maturin.
