Justification: renders package unusable
When trying to fill in forms, the keystroke are bound by elinks as
elinks shortcuts to commands.
As an example, in the debian packages section on www.debian.org, if I
try to type elinks in the Search
Did you try pressing enter?
You can switch the behaviour back with an option, and the status bar
suggests to press enter. I know it's a behavioral change and sorry about
it, but the old behavior was even worse and more annoying that we
decided to change this.
