Anonweb is a php based web anonymizer. after installing on a webserver it allows you to surf the web using this webserver as a kind of proxy. the webserver fetches documents and rewrites url strings, so they point to the rewriting script instead of the actual location. IMPORTANT: Currently the rewriter scrambles the url using base64. This means that the page you visit can easily be identified if one sniffs your connection (if you use a proxy for example!).
