Thanks for the reports. Most of those bugs depends deeply on the Debian Webapps Policy Manual we are writing at the moment[1]. As sarge will not ship the 2.18 package (hopefuly) I will not fix any of the 2.18 bugs before the webapps policy arise. This will prevent me for useless fixes.
