Package: adjtimex Version: 1.20-5 Severity: normal Tags: upstream Hello,
That's not a Debian package, but an upstream bug. And upstream BTS is right here, isn't it? On old systems without linux/rtc.h, making version 1.20 of adjtimex gives: | cc -g -O2 -Wall -I. -DVERSION=\"1.20\" -o adjtimex adjtimex.c \ | mat.o -lm | adjtimex.c:36: linux/rtc.h: No such file or directory | make: *** [adjtimex] Error 1 It works OK with an rtc.h copied from Woody. This file used to be called linux/mc146818rtc.h on older kernels before 2.4 but contained more than only rtc.h, with some conflicting definitions. Perhaps would it be better to provide default definitions with adjtimex? -- System Information Debian Release: 3.0 Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux Kassad 2.4.18 #6 mar jan 25 15:17:00 CET 2005 i586 Locale: LANG=fr_FR.iso-8859-1, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.iso-8859-1 Versions of packages adjtimex depends on: ii debconf 1.0.32 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.2.5-11.5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
