I can't reproduce this bug right now with the pending 2.6.3 build I have that is going to be uploaded to unstable soon. Not sure about 2.4.6 and I don't have the resources to download the package of that right now, but could you give it a try? If the crash is indeed related to ttftool as your log indicates, ttftool has been completely obsoleted since 2.4 series and the printing system has switched to the far more robust GNOME-Print.
