Solution: downgrade to woody for nfs-utils:

Thanks for your quick answer, Yes, the phenomena are different, but if
a bug is involved, that could have different consequences in different
environments. But of course that's some speculation. We are just
trying a downgrade to the woody version of the nfs-kernel-server, as
